Lila Swann

Lila is a dedicated special education attorney and advocate who truly understands the challenges you face when advocating for your child. She recognizes that it often feels like a daunting battle against the school system, leaving you feeling isolated. Lila’s goal is to collaborate cohesively with school team members, always prioritizing the child’s education and future.
As a member of a special needs family—her aunt has Down syndrome—Lila grew up surrounded by advocacy. Her grandparents and mom were early champions for individuals with disabilities, inspiring her to help families today. In addition to special education law, Lila also represents personal injury victims across South Carolina. Approachable and easy to talk to, she works directly with parents to guide and support them through the process.
