The subscription includes access to a special education attorney advocate, a resource library for advocacy letters, short video classes on special education topics, and the ability to email Lila your questions four times per month. You’ll also have access to monthly Q&A sessions to help you stay informed and confident in advocating for your child.
Yes, you can cancel at any time. The subscriptions is billed monthly and there are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your membership by sending us a message when it no longer suits your needs.
You can contact us four times each month (likely once per week) with your specific questions. These consultations help you stay on top of issues and get guidance before problems escalate.
If you need more in-depth or personalized legal representation, we offer one-on-one legal services in addition to the subscription plan. This may include IEP meeting attendance, representation at mediation, negotiating with the school district’s attorney on your behalf, etc. You can opt for additional support whenever necessary. As a member, you will also receive 20% off these services.
